Our warranty

Kitchen Pullout Shelves warranties our shelves to be free from manufacturer's defects for a period of one year. If your shelf fails in the first year from manufacturer's defect simply return the shelf to us with a note explaining the problem and we will replace the shelf for free. If you are unhappy with your shelf or it does not fit your cabinet simply send the shelf back to us with 7 days of receiving it and we will refund your purchase price minus a 17.5% restocking fee. Your shipping charges are not refundable
